

On October 7th, a fracture was created in Israeli society, leaving communities in Israel’s northern and southern frontiers in urgent need of support. In response, a remarkable grassroots movement emerged—Israelis from across the country relocated to these communities, choosing to live, work, and rebuild alongside local residents. They became part of something bigger: a movement of resilience, restoration, and hope.
Pioneers of Change 50+ invites Jews living outside of Israel aged 50+ to embark on one of two service program tracks in Israel’s frontier communities:
a 10-month track or a 1-month track.
